GOAL

To diligently grow, protect and sustain the collective assets of Māori Kiwifruit Growers Inc to create intergenerational wealth. To leverage the collective and existing resources of Māori Kiwifruit Growers Inc to be equipped to succeed and make the best decisions for Māori growers

ACTION 1.1
Progress collective investments in orchard purchases, orchard developments, shares, and/or licences.

ACTION 1.2
Investigate and develop a Māori exporting collective.

ACTION 1.3

Operationalise a collaborative marketing programme and identify products and Māori branding for selected markets in conjunction with Zespri.

ACTION 1.4

Establish connections with the Research, Science and Innovation sector to explore value generation from waste streams.
